If he subsequently redeems prior to or at the end of such performance period when the Net Asset Value per Share at the time of his redemption has decreased (but remains above the relevant Target Net Asset Value per Share) he may be disadvantaged as he could still be required to bear a performance fee calculated on the increase in the Net Asset Value per Share above the relevant Target Net Asset Value per Share.
The Target Net Asset Value per Unit corresponds to the previous calendar year end Net Asset Value per Unit multiplied by (1+ the hurdle rate).
