Target Operating Model definition

Target Operating Model means the service delivery model to be implemented once Transition has been successfully completed;
Target Operating Model has the meaning given to it in Schedule 4; and
Target Operating Model has the meaning given to it in Schedule 4; and “Worker”, in respect of persons engaged in the United Kingdom only, has the meaning in section 230(3)(b) of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000, and includes any director and any other officer of any Group Company whether or not he is a worker (as so defined), and includes any individual engaged by any Group Company in a similar capacity in any Cash Territory or Secure Solutions Territory.
