EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. 28.1 The Appointee’s continuous employment with the Company for the purposes of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000 will commence on 1 September 2002.
28.2 There are no collective agreements in force with trade unions which affect the Appointee’s employment.
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. The following information is given to supplement the previous information in this Agreement in order to comply with the requirements of Part I of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000:
(a) Xxxxxxxx’ employment with UKESL commenced as of the date of this Agreement.
(b) For so long as Xxxxxxxx is employed by UKESL, the principal location for the provision of his services will be Xxxxxxx, North Yorkshire, but he will be required to provide services in London and at other UKESL locations and in the United States periodically at the request of UKESL senior management.
(c) Xxxxxxxx’ hours of work are the normal hours of UKESL from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., London time, Monday to Friday of each week together with such reasonable additional hours as may be necessary so as properly to fulfill his duties. For the avoidance of doubt, Xxxxxxxx shall not be entitled to any overtime pay.
(d) No Contracting-Out Certificate pursuant to the provisions of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 is held by UKESL in respect to Xxxxxxxx’ employment.
(e) All matters of discipline arising in respect to Xxxxxxxx’ employment will be decided and implemented by the Chief Executive Officer of UKESL. If Xxxxxxxx is dissatisfied with the decision, or if he has any grievance arising from his employment hereunder, Xxxxxxxx may refer the matter in writing within 10 days to the CEO of XXXX, and that individual will confirm, amend, or reject such decision/grievance as he sees fit, and his decision in such circumstances will be final and binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Xxxxxxxx has no contractual right to a disciplinary or grievance hearing or appeal.
(f) Xxxxxxxx’ job title is Programme Director, and his normal duties are as set forth previously in this Agreement.
(g) There are no collective agreements with trade unions that affect the terms and conditions of Xxxxxxxx’ employment.
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. The written particulars of terms of employment referred to in Section 1 of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000 are contained herein and accordingly no separate written statement will be given by the Company to the Executive.
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. This Contract of Employment sets out the particulars of your employment with the Company in accordance with the requirements of Section 1 of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000.
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. 15.1 Schedule A hereto identifies certain particulars of the employment which are required by the Employment Rights Xxx 0000.
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. This Agreement shall also be subject to the terms of the Schedule hereto which together with this Agreement contains the written statement of the particulars of your Employment hereunder required to be given under Section 1 of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000.
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. The Appointment shall be subject to the terms set out in the Second Schedule below in relation to the requirements of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000 (as amended).
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. For the purposes of Section 1 of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000, with effect from the Effective Date, the Director will be employed by Shire. The Director’s period of continuous employment is unaffected by this change.
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. The JIB Agreement is made and varied by the parties to the JIB, Electrical Contractors Association and Unite the Union, via the JIB National Board.
EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS XXX 0000. 14.1 Schedule 2 contains the further particulars of the terms of employment of the Consultant not contained in this Agreement and Schedule I and which are required by the Employment Rights Xxx 0000.
