Target Receivables Amount definition

Target Receivables Amount shall have, with respect to any Outstanding Series, the meaning specified in the related Supplement for such Outstanding Series.
Target Receivables Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Loans outstanding on such day plus (b) the aggregate LC Exposure on such day plus (c) the Required Subordinated Amount on such day.
Target Receivables Amount means, with respect to any Outstanding Series, the meaning assigned to such term in the related Supplement for such Series.

  • At the request of the Company, on any Business Day the Trustee shall release any funds on deposit to the Company so long and to the extent that the Series 2000-1 Target Receivables Amount is at least equal to the sum of the Series 2000-1 Adjusted Invested Amount for such day and the Series 2000-1 Required Subordinated Amount for such day after giving effect to such release.

More Definitions of Target Receivables Amount

Target Receivables Amount means, on any date of determination, the product of (i) a fraction (expressed as a decimal) the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is one minus the Required Subordinated Percentage and (ii) the Adjusted Invested Amount on such day.
Target Receivables Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Principal Balance of the Loans on such day plus (ii) the sum of (i) the Required Subordinated Amount on such day and (ii) the Contingent Reserve Amount on such Borrowing Date, if any, on such day.

Related to Target Receivables Amount

  • Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Receivables Transaction Amount means the amount of obligations outstanding under the legal documents entered into as part of such Qualified Receivables Transaction on any date of determination that would be characterized as principal if such Qualified Receivables Transaction were structured as a secured lending transaction rather than as a purchase.
