Target Selective definition

Target Selective means, when used to describe a chemical compound with respect to a specified Target, that such compound exhibits { * } or (ii) { * }. Such Cell-based and enzyme assays, shall be as set forth on Exhibit 1.72, except in such event that Sunesis gives Biogen Idec notice within { * } ({ * }) days of the ARCA Effective Date that it rejects these assays whereupon the Parties shall confer and agree in writing upon alternate assays as soon as is practicable thereafter, which assays shall be attached as Exhibit 1.41 and shall be the enzyme and cell-based assays for purposes of this Section 1.72 (the “BTK Assays”).

Examples of Target Selective in a sentence

  • Thereafter, such Terminated Compounds shall be Target Selective Compounds and subject to Biogen Idec’s licenses under Section 6.2 and obligations to pay royalties and milestones to Sunesis pursuant to Article 7.
