Chemical Compound definition

Chemical Compound means a molecule of definite chemical formula and chemical structure.
Chemical Compound means a molecule of definite chemical formula and isomeric structure; and
Chemical Compound means a Small Molecule having a unique arrangement of atoms by virtue of composition, connectivity and shape such that it can be or has been assigned a Chemical Abstracts Registry number (CAS no.). Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) enantiomeric forms of the same molecule, (b) a molecule and its salt form, or (c) a prodrug that is metabolized to the same active moiety as the Small Molecule, shall be considered the same Unique Chemical Compound.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Compounds means any chemical entity and/or active ingredient which is a selective or non-selective TGR5 receptor agonist or [***], including any Derivative thereof, synthesized by TES or its Affiliates pursuant to work conducted under the Research Program.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).
