Target Service Provider definition

Target Service Provider means each employee, officer, director, manager, retiree, individual independent contractor, individual consultant or other individual service provider of a Target Company or any Target Subsidiary (including employees of the Personal Care Business employed by a Subsidiary of Sellers’ Parent other than a Target Company or Target Subsidiary).
Target Service Provider means either (i) an employee of the Company listed on Schedule 1.6(e) hereto or (ii) an independent contractor of the Company listed on Schedule 1.6(f) hereto.
