Targeted Principal definition

Targeted Principal means, with respect to any Deposit Date, an amount equal to the sum, for each Monthly Pool, the difference, if any, between the outstanding principal amount of the Loan funding such Monthly Pool on such Deposit Date and the Borrowing Base of such Monthly Pool as of the related Payment Date, without giving effect to any amounts in the Sub-Account; provided, however, that upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Targeted Principal shall equal the principal balance of the Outstanding Loans.
Targeted Principal means, with respect to any Deposit Date, an amount equal to the difference, if any, between the Outstanding Loans on such Deposit Date and the Borrowing Base as of the related Payment Date, without giving effect to any amounts in the Sub-Account; provided, however, that upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Targeted Principal shall equal the principal balance of the Outstanding Loans.

Examples of Targeted Principal in a sentence

  • In connection with any Optional Redemption in part, the Scheduled Targeted Principal Balance for the remaining Equipment Notes of such Series or Class shall be reduced on the Redemption Date and each subsequent Payment Date by the product of (i) the Redemption Fraction and (ii) the Scheduled Targeted Principal Balance that existed for the Redemption Date or such subsequent Payment Date, as the case may be, immediately prior to such Optional Redemption.

  • On each Payment Date is equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the then Aggregate Class B Note Principal Balance over (y) the Class B Minimum Targeted Principal Balance for such Payment Date.
