Tariff Year definition

Tariff Year means each period of 12 months commencing from the Commercial Operations Date of the Project. The last Tariff Year of this Agreement shall end on the date of expiry of this Agreement.
Tariff Year means the each period of 12 months beginning from the COD. The last Tariff Year shall end on the date of expiry or termination of this Agreement as applicable
Tariff Year means from 00:00 hours on 1st October until 23:59 hours on the 30th September of each year of the Agreement commencing 2017;

Examples of Tariff Year in a sentence

  • The CMA will perform at least four Settlement Runs for each Settlement Day: P1, R1, R2, and R3, and additionally where applicable R4, and will perform the Tariff Year Settlement Run (RF) once for each Year.

  • The CMA will perform the RF Settlement Run before the end of the Year which immediately follows the Year to which the Tariff Year Settlement Run relates.

  • The Aggregated RF Settlement Report will provide aggregated Settlement Day charges payable in respect of the Tariff Year.

  • For each Settlement Run in the Year except the Tariff Year Settlement Run the CMA will recalculate the Estimated Weighted Average Unit Rate (EWA) for each Supply Point before the charges are calculated in the Settlement Run1 as set out in section 2.2.1.   • Price cap local exchange carriers that have es- tablished density pricing zones pursu- ant to § 69.123 of this chapter, and whose special access zone date and transport zone date occur on the same date, shall initially establish density pricing zone SBIs and bands pursuant to the methodology in §§ 61.47(e) through (f).(3) Sequential Introduction of Zones in the Same Tariff Year.


More Definitions of Tariff Year

Tariff Year means the twelve (12) consecutive calendar months starting on the In-Service Date and each subsequent twelve (12) consecutive calendar month period;
