Tariff Year definition

Tariff Year means each period of 12 months commencing from the Commercial Operations Date of the Project. The last Tariff Year of this Agreement shall end on the date of expiry of this Agreement.
Tariff Year means the each period of 12 months beginning from the COD. The last Tariff Year shall end on the date of expiry or termination of this Agreement as applicable
Tariff Year means from 00:00 hours on 1st October until 23:59 hours on the 30th September of each year of the Agreement commencing 2017;

More Definitions of Tariff Year

Tariff Year means the twelve (12) consecutive calendar months starting on the In-Service Date and each subsequent twelve (12) consecutive calendar month period;
