SOFR Compounded Index definition

SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and
SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded Daily SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and
SOFR Compounded Index means the index known as SOFR Index administered by the SOFR Administrator;

Examples of SOFR Compounded Index in a sentence

  • There can be no guarantee that the relevant risk-free rate (or the SOFR Compounded Index or SONIA Compounded Index) will not be discontinued or fundamentally altered in a manner that is materially adverse to the interests of investors in Covered Bonds linked to or which reference such risk-free rate (or that any applicable benchmark fallback provisions provided for in the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Covered Bonds will provide a rate which is economically equivalent for Covered Bondholders).

  • None of the Bank of England, the Federal Reserve or the ECB have an obligation to consider the interests of Covered Bondholders in calculating, adjusting, converting, revising or discontinuing the relevant risk-free rate (or the SOFR Compounded Index or SONIA Compounded Index).

  • The Issuer may in future also issue notes referencing SONIA, the SONIA Compounded Index, SOFR, the SOFR Compounded Index, €STR or the €STR Compounded Index that differ materially in terms of interest determination when compared with any previous SONIA, the SONIA Compounded Index, SOFR, the SOFR Compounded Index, €STR or the €STR Compounded Index referenced Notes issued by it under this Base Prospectus.

More Definitions of SOFR Compounded Index

SOFR Compounded Index means, in respect of an Interest Period, the rate calculated by the Calculation Agent, on the relevant Interest Determination Date as follows (and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place of a percentage point, with 0.000005% being rounded upwards):
SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded SOFR Index value as published at 3.00
SOFR Compounded Index means, in respect of any U.S. Government Securities Business Day, the compounded daily SOFR rate, as published at 3.00 p.m. (New York City time) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as the administrator of SOFR (or any successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of SOFR) or any successor source;
SOFR Compounded Index means the compounded daily Secured Overnight Funding Rate, as published at 3:00 p.m. (New York time) by the FRBNY (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the FRBNY, or any successor source;
SOFR Compounded Index means" the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate ("SOFR") as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on
SOFR Compounded Index means the index known as the SOFR Index administered by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator thereof);
SOFR Compounded Index means, with respect to any Banking Day, the SOFR Index value as published by the SOFR Administrator as such index appears on the SOFR Administrator's Website, or such other Applicable RFR Screen Page as specified in the applicable Final Terms, at 3:00 p.m. (New York time) (or such other Relevant Time as specified in the applicable Final Terms) on such Banking Day.
