Task Completion definition

Task Completion means the date upon which both the Consultant and the Company declare in writing that they are satisfied that the Samsung Prototype, development of the Processes to a patentable stage and the matters listed in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the Schedule have all been satisfactorily completed.
