Tax Dividends definition

Tax Dividends means, for each Subchapter "S" corporation or other entity which is, without regard to its income, statutorily exempt from the payment of income tax, dividends with respect to its estimated taxable income.

  • Non-Cash Dividend means any Dividend which is not a Cash Dividend, and shall include a Spin-Off.
