Tax Election Form definition

Tax Election Form has the meaning set out in Section 7.2(2) hereof;
Tax Election Form means an Election on Disposition of Property by a Taxpayer to a Canadian Partnership (printed on blue paper) included with this Information Circular to be completed by Electing Shareholders and returned to BLF LP as described under "The ArrangementClass B LP Unit Election";
Tax Election Form means an election on disposition of property by a taxpayer to a Canadian partnership included with this Information Circular to be completed by Electing Shareholders and returned to the Limited Partnership;

Examples of Tax Election Form in a sentence

  • It shall be the sole responsibility of the Shareholder making the request to file the Tax Election Form with the Canada Revenue Agency or relevant provincial Governmental Authority.

  • The Purchaser shall not be liable for any damages arising to a Shareholder for a late filing of a Tax Election Form or any errors or omissions on a Tax Election Form.

  • In order to make any such election, the Shareholder shall prepare any prescribed election form (each a “Tax Election Form”) and deliver any such Tax Election Form to the Purchaser within 90 days of the Closing Date.

  • Upon receipt, the Purchaser shall sign the Tax Election Form and deliver a copy of the Tax Election Form to the Shareholder by mail using the address that the Shareholder provided to the Purchaser in the Tax Election Form within 30 days of receipt thereof.

  • On the date of Transfer of Units to Transferee pursuant to this Agreement, Transferee shall execute three copies of a Section 83(b) Tax Election Form, substantially in the form attached as Annex B hereto with respect to the Units received.

  • Transferee shall promptly file one copy of the Section 83(b) Tax Election Form with the IRS and deliver one copy of the Section 83(b) Tax Election Form to the Special Member.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, Transferee's execution and delivery of the Section 83(b) Tax Election Form shall be a condition precedent to Transferor's obligation as may otherwise be provided hereunder to Transfer Units to Transferee, and the failure of Transferee to satisfy such requirement with respect to the Units shall cause such Units to be forfeited in accordance with Section 4 hereof.

  • Upon the vesting of any Units, the tax withholding obligations of the Participant and the Company shall be satisfied, at the Participant’s election pursuant to the attached Tax Election Form, by the Participant either paying the appropriate tax withholding amount in cash, or tendering to the Company a sufficient number of Shares necessary to satisfy the Participant’s and the Company’s tax withholding obligations.

  • In its sole discretion, Pan American or any successor corporation may choose to execute and deliver a Section 85 Tax Election Form to an Eligible Holder who does not provide the necessary information within the Section 85 Election Period, but will have no obligation to do so.

  • Upon receipt, the Purchaser shall sign the Tax Election Form and deliver a copy of the Tax Election Form to the Shareholder by mail using the address that the Shareholder provided to the Purchaser in the Tax Election Form within 30 days.

Tax Election Form means an election on disposition of property by a taxpayer to a Canadian partnership pursuant to Subsection 97(2) of the Tax Act to be completed by Electing Shareholders and returned to FCR LP.
