District Master Plan definition

District Master Plan means a statement of means and objectives prepared by the municipality relating to a Tax Increment District designed to provide new employment opportunities, retain existing employment, provide housing opportunities, improve or broaden the tax base or construct or improve the physical facilities and structures through the development of industrial, commercial, residential, retail and mixed use, transit-oriented development, downtown development or any combination thereof, as described in section 4 of the TIF Act.
District Master Plan means the District Master Plan for Storefronts on Madison Avenue in the Metropolitan Museum Historic District and approved by the Commission as a Certificate of Appropriateness. A copy of the District Master Plan may be reviewed at the offices of the Commission by appointment.

  • The Board shall include in the District Master Plan for Professional Development components for members of the Bargaining Unit designed to improve the competencies of employees.

Related to District Master Plan

  • district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;

  • District Data means information, including, but not limited to, Personally Identifiable Information, business, administrative and financial information, intellectual property information, and other information that is not intentionally made generally available by the District on public websites or publications, that is provided to Vendor by or at the direction of District in the course of Vendor’s performance under this Agreement. “District Data” includes metadata and data derived from the use of District Data and metadata.

  • District superintendent means the superintendent of a district or the chief administrator of a public school academy.
