Tax Letter definition

Tax Letter means the letter dated the date hereof between the Liquidity Provider and Continental pertaining to this Agreement.
Tax Letter means, collectively, each of the three Tax Letters, dated as of the date hereof, between Continental and the initial Liquidity Provider with respect to the Liquidity Facilities and all tax letters entered into between Continental and any Replacement Liquidity Provider.
Tax Letter means the letter dated the date hereof between the Liquidity Provider and US Airways pertaining to this Agreement.
