Tax Net Income definition

Tax Net Income means the net income of the Trust Fund determined pursuant to the provisions of the Tax Act applicable to the Trust after taking into account any carried forward Tax Net Losses.

  • Net Income means, with respect to any Person, the net income (loss) of such Person, determined in accordance with GAAP and before any reduction in respect of Preferred Stock dividends.
