Tax Relief definition
Tax Relief means any loss, relief, allowance or credit in respect of any Tax other than Generation Tax;
Tax Relief means a grant or contribution provided by the Municipality pursuant to sections 14 and 16 of this Administrative Order.
Tax Relief means a relief from the Withholding Tax [or the Tax Security (as the case may be)], whether in the form of an exemption or application of a reduced rate from time to time applicable under the Tax Jurisdiction's law or a Tax Treaty, if any.
Examples of Tax Relief in a sentence
As provided under the Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2020 §302(a)(3), a Participant who received a Qualified Disaster Distribution from the Plan or another eligible retirement plan (as defined in Code §402(c)(8)(B)) may, at any time during the three-year period beginning on the day after the receipt of such distribution, make one or more Rollover Contributions to the Plan in an aggregate amount that does not exceed the amount of such Qualified Disaster Distribution.
As provided under the Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2020 §302(c), the Plan Administrator could (but was not required to) revise the applicable loan requirements under the Plan to reflect (1) and (2) below.

Tax Relief means relief under—
Tax Relief means any refund, credit, offset, relief, allowance, deduction, rebate, recoupment, compensation, Tax loss, right to repayment or other benefit or saving in relation to Tax and includes any amount otherwise payable which reduces, offsets, discharges or satisfies a Liability for Tax.
