Tax Relief definition

Tax Relief means any loss, relief, allowance or credit in respect of any Tax other than Generation Tax;
Tax Relief means any loss, relief, allowance, credit, exemption or set off for Taxation or any deduction in computing income, profits or gains for the purposes of Taxation and any right to a repayment of Taxation or to a payment in respect of Taxation;
Tax Relief means a grant or contribution provided by the Municipality pursuant to sections 14 and 16 of this Administrative Order.
