The brokerage charges and other charges like Goods and Services Tax, stamp duty, transaction charges, turnover tax, securities transaction tax or any other tax levied by statutory authorities on the purchase and sale of securities and exit load (if any) on units of Mutual Funds.
All applicable real property transfer or gains Tax, stamp Tax, stock transfer Tax, or other similar Tax imposed on any of the Sellers or the Company, Buyer or any of Buyer’s Affiliates as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (collectively, “Transfer Taxes”), and any penalties or interest with respect to the Transfer Taxes shall be borne by Buyer.
