Customs definition

Customs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b) hereof.
Customs means the Customs and Excise Department;
Customs means the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service and includes, where applicable the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service;
