Customs definition

Customs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b) hereof.

Customs means the Customs and Excise Department;

Customs means the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service and includes, where applicable the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service;

• The Grant Recipient agrees and accepts that it may become ineligible for Grant support and may be required to repay all or part of the Grant if it engages in tax evasion or aggressive tax avoidance in the opinion of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
