Examples of Customs in a sentence
The Tenant must pay: VAT on any consideration in respect of a VAT Supply to the Tenant by the Landlord at the same time as the consideration is paid; and on demand VAT (and interest, penalties and costs where these are incurred because of anything the Tenant does or fails to do) charged in respect of any VAT Supply to the Landlord in respect of this Lease where that VAT is not recoverable by the Landlord from HM Revenue & Customs.
The Parties, with a view to the effective implementation and operation of this Chapter, establish a Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation Committee (CPTF Committee), under the Free Trade Commission.
The Parties shall determine the customs value of goods traded between them in accordance with the provisions of Article VII of GATT 1994 and the Agreement on Customs Valuation.

The Grant Recipient agrees and accepts that it may become ineligible for Grant support and may be required to repay all or part of the Grant if it engages in tax evasion or aggressive tax avoidance in the opinion of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
