Technical college means the same as that term is defined in Section 53B-1-101.5.
University College means a college which the University may establish or maintain under this Act or a college transferred to the University and maintained by it;
Teachers working under a permit issued under 3319.301 of the Revised Code who spend at least fifty percent of their time providing content-related student instruction.
Community college means a community college established under Iowa Code chapter 260C.
School zone means an area near a school beginning at the school's front door, encompassing
State college means a State college or university established
Historically black college or university means an institution determined by the Secretary of Education to meet the requirements of 34 CFR 608.2.
Insurance Affordability Program means a program that is one of the following:
Teacher means teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, school employees, contractors, and other administrators.
CAFRA Planning Map means the map used by the Department to identify the location of Coastal Planning Areas, CAFRA centers, CAFRA cores, and CAFRA nodes. The CAFRA Planning Map is available on the Department's Geographic Information System (GIS).
Insurance Company The Transferee is an insurance company whose primary and predominant business activity is the writing of insurance or the reinsuring of risks underwritten by insurance companies and which is subject to supervision by the insurance commissioner or a similar official or agency of a state, U.S. territory or the District of Columbia.
University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.
Dental hygienist means an individual who has fulfilled the educational requirements and is a graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program and who has passed an examination and has been issued a license by the Board and who is authorized to practice dental hygiene as hereinafter defined;
Regional health planning agency means the regional agency, including the regional health planning
Title IV-E Foster Care means a federal program authorized under §§ 472 and 473 of the Social

Camp or “camping” means to pitch, erect, create, use, or occupy camp facilities for the purposes of habitation, as evidenced by the use of camp paraphernalia.
NFIP means the National Flood Insurance Program authorized under the Act.
School means an elementary or secondary school.
Elder means a person 60 years of age or older.
Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.
Scholarship means a Scholarship as set out in Rule C 3 (a) (i) of the rules of The FA.
Nurse aide means any individual who is not a licensed health professional or volunteer providing nursing or nursing-related services to residents in a nursing facility.
Health planning region means a contiguous geographical area of the Commonwealth with a
Health hazard means any condition, device or practice in a water system or its operation resulting from a real or potential danger to the health and well-being of consumers. The word "severe" as used to qualify "health hazard" means a hazard to the health of the user that could be expected to result in death or significant reduction in the quality of life.
College means any college in the South Carolina Technical College System.
