Teachers working under a permit issued under 3319.301 of the Revised Code who spend at least fifty percent of their time providing content-related student instruction.
Teachers working under a permanent certificate issued under Section 3319.222 of the Revised Code as it existed prior to September 2006 who spend at least fifty percent of their time providing content-related student instruction; and,
