Team Subcontracts definition

Team Subcontracts means an agreement between the Architect and the Design/Builder in which the Design/Builder delegates a portion of its responsibilities under this Agreement.

  • The Owner and the Owner's accountants shall be afforded access to the Design/Builder's records, books, correspondence, instructions, drawings, receipts, Team Subcontracts, Subcontracts, vouchers, memoranda and other data relating to this Agreement, and the Design/Builder shall preserve these for a period of three (3) years after final payment, or for such longer period as may be required by law.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.
