Technical Management Agreement definition

Technical Management Agreement means the agreement entered into between a Borrower and the Approved Technical Manager regarding the technical management of a Ship.
Technical Management Agreement means the Ship Management Agreement for the Vessel between Borrower and Seamar Management S.A. dated February 23, 2011.
Technical Management Agreement means any technical management agreement made between the Technical Manager and the Borrower for the technical management of the Vessel.

Technical Management Agreement means, in relation to the Vessel:
Technical Management Agreement means the agreement entered into or to be entered into between the Borrower and the Technical Manager for the technical management of the Vessel, or as the case may be, such other agreement for the technical management of the Vessel which may be entered into by the Borrower with a Technical Manager in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
