Technical Management Agreement definition

Technical Management Agreement means the agreement entered into between a Borrower and the Approved Technical Manager regarding the technical management of a Ship.

Technical Management Agreement means the Ship Management Agreement for the Vessel between Borrower and Seamar Management S.A. dated May 20, 2011.

Technical Management Agreement means, in relation to the Vessel:
