Technical Manuals as detailed in Section 9.3 below.
Technical Manuals means a complete description of the Boards, written in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications.
Technical Manuals means the digital and hard copy documentation provided to INAVIC under this license.

  • The cost of the Technical Manuals shall be borne and paid solely by Supplier, and be considered as part of the Brake Shoes Price (as defined below).
