Technical Offer definition

Technical Offer means unpriced written information from a prospective contractor stating the manner in which the prospective contractor intends to perform certain work, its qualifications and its terms and conditions.
Technical Offer means a proposal by a Vendor in response to the Solicitation, absent the price content.
Technical Offer means the technical information provided as part of the Bidder’s Bid in accordance with ITB 17.1.
