Technical representative of the district means a person designated by the district to act on their behalf who participates in the planning, design, implementation and inspection of BMPs.
Commercial Manager means Top Tanker Management Inc. of Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MN 96960 or any other person appointed bx xxx Xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxx written consent of the Agent as commercial manager of the Ship and includes its successors in title;
District Engineer means the District Engineer of Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, and Sacramento Area Sewer District, or his designee.
Department Representative means an individual who represents the Department and presents the Department’s position in a hearing.
Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.
Residential district means an area of a municipality where 75% or more of the area is zoned for residential housing.
District superintendent means the superintendent of a district or the chief administrator of a public school academy.
LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Workplace Representative means a person: (i) who is an Employee; (ii) chosen and appointed by an individual Employee or a number of Employees to represent them in relation to the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) who acts on the instructions of the Employee or Employees that appointed the Workplace Representative.
Customer Service Representative (or "CSR") shall mean any person employed with or under contract or subcontract to a Cable Operator to assist, or provide service to, customers, whether by telephone, writing service or installation orders, answering customers' questions in person, receiving and processing payments, or performing any other customer service-related tasks.
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Commercial domicile means the principal place from which the trade or business of the taxpayer is directed or managed.
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
District Manager means the District Manager of the appropriate local district office of the Ministry, where the
County Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-3.
Subordinate joint force commander means a sub-unified commander or joint task force commander.
Head of the Department means the administrative head of the department or the organization;
State Engineer means the person holding the position as head of the state engineer’s office.
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) means telephone service for the transmission of human speech.
Commercial driver s license" means:
Appraisal management company means, in connection with valuing properties collateralizing mortgage loans or mortgages incorporated into a securitization, any external third party that oversees a network or panel of more than fifteen certified or licensed appraisers in this state or twenty-five or more nationally within a given year, that is authorized either by a creditor of a consumer credit transaction secured by a consumer's principal dwelling or by an underwriter or other principal in the secondary mortgage markets that engages in appraisal management services.
