Telephone Assistance to mean telephone support and trouble-shooting, as needed, to maintain the existing system.

  • SERVICES PROVIDED (1) Routine Telephone Assistance, is provided by the designated Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for the covered Software, the address and telephone number of which are shown on Schedule A, during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time for the designated TAC), Monday through Friday.

  • Extended Telephone Assistance for severity 1 assistance will be provided 24 hours a day, every day of the year, the MAINTENANCE Contact will be given the telephone number for Fourth Generation Extended Coverage.
