Broadcast Station definition

Broadcast Station all or substantially all the assets used and useful for operating a full service commercial television broadcast station pursuant to a Station License, including without limitation the rights to use such Station License.
Broadcast Station means a television broadcast station, a television translator station, a low power television station, an educational television broadcasting station, and includes every category of broadcast station that may enjoy must-carry rights under FCC Rules, but does not include a "superstation" as defined by FCC Rule 76.64(c)(2) actually received by the wireless cable system by satellite downlink.
Broadcast Station means all or substantially all the assets used and useful for operating a full service commercial television, AM or FM broadcast station pursuant to a Station License, including the rights to use such Station License.
