Temasek Designee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2(c).
Board Designee means an employee of the Board who has been given authority by the Board to carry out a function for the Board (e.g., the Clerk, Assistant Clerk of the Board, or hearing officer).
Investor Designee means an individual nominated by the Board as a “Investor Designee” for election to the Board pursuant to Section 5.10(a), Section 5.10(d) or Section 5.10(e) of the Investment Agreement.
Permitted Designee means (i) a spouse or a child of a Permitted Holder, (ii) trusts for the benefit of a Permitted Holder or a spouse or child of a Permitted Holder, (iii) in the event of the death or incompetence of a Permitted Holder, his estate, heirs, executor, administrator, committee or other personal representative or (iv) any Person so long as a Permitted Holder owns at least 50% of the voting power of all classes of the voting stock of such Person.
Airline Designator Code means the two-characters or three letters, which identify particular air carriers.
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
Certificate of Incorporation means the certificate of incorporation of the Company, as may be amended and/or restated from time to time.

CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Share Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.2(b).
Industrial Designs means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to registered industrial designs and industrial design applications.
DSS means the Department of Social Services.
IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.

Purchaser Designee means each individual then serving on the Board of Directors pursuant to the exercise of the Purchaser’s rights pursuant to Section 4.07(a) and/or Section 4.07(e), together with any designee(s) of the Purchaser who is then standing for election to the Board of Directors pursuant to Sections 4.07(a) and (b) or who is being proposed for election by the Purchaser pursuant to Section 4.07(e).
Board of Management means the Board of Management of the University;
ASTC means ASX Settlement and Transfer Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532).
Public Works Director means the Director of the Department of Public Works of the County of Los Angeles.
Preferred Directors means, collectively, the Series A Directors and the Series B Director.
Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Board of Visitors or "board" means the rector and board of visitors of the University.

Board Observer has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1;
Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.
