Temporal Scarcity Scalar definition

Temporal Scarcity Scalar means a multiplicative factor which adjusts the payment to a Providing Unit for a given DS3 System Service during Trading Periods in which SNSP reaches a specified level;
Temporal Scarcity Scalar or “TSS” means a multiplicative factor which adjusts the payment to a Providing Unit for a given DS3 System Service. The value of the TSS for each of the DS3 System Services is defined in Schedule 2;

  • Depending on the service, the Scaling Factor consists of one or more scalar types including the Product Scalar, Locational Scalar, Temporal Scarcity Scalar, Continuous Scalar, Fast Response Scalar, Wattless Scalar and Performance Scalar.
