System Service definition

System Service means a service that the Owner elects to receive from the Company which relates to the operation and benefit of the functionality of the System by the Owner, and which the Company shall supply to the Owner in accordance with a System Services Agreement.
System Service mean the services provided pursuant to this Agreement. The termbusiness day” means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or any day that all of the Bank’s branches are closed. All terms and conditions regarding “Customer’s” use of the System or any Service shall apply to User’s use of the System or Service. System Service means: (i) the web-based services identified in this Agreement including Attachment A; (ii) all products related to such services; (iii) all New Releases, Updates, and Upgrades applicable to the foregoing and generally released by CONTRACTOR; and (iv) the Documentation developed by CONTRACTOR for distribution and use in combination with the foregoing.
