Temporary Authorized Person definition

Temporary Authorized Person means an authorized person temporarily acting in the stead of the original Authorized Person as a co-ordinator of building works for the Development;
Temporary Authorized Person means an authorized person (within the meaning of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance (Cap. 621)) temporarily appointed as the Authorized Person;

  • Authorized Person means any Officer or person who has been designated as such by written notice and named in Exhibit A and delivered to the Custodian by the Trust, or if the Trust has notified the Custodian in writing that it has an authorized investment manager or other agent, delivered to the Custodian by the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent. Such Officer or person shall continue to be an Authorized Person until such time as the Custodian receives Written Instructions from the Trust or the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent that any such person is no longer an Authorized Person.

  • Authorized Persons means such officers or such agents of a Fund as have been properly appointed pursuant to a resolution of the appropriate Board or Executive Committee, a certified copy of which has been provided to the Custodian, to act on behalf of the Fund under this Agreement. Each of such persons shall continue to be an Authorized Person until such time as the Custodian receives Proper Instructions that any such officer or agent is no longer an Authorized Person.

  • Authorized Personnel means the employees of the Licensee and personnel from third parties who work on behalf of the Licensee under a contract (which shall include confidentiality clause) entered into and between the Licensee and the third party.

  • Temporary job site means any location where industrial radiography, wireline service, well-logging, portable gauge or x-ray fluorescence use is performed and where licensed material may be stored other than those locations of use authorized on the license.

  • Temporary Teacher means a person employed to teach under the authority of a letter of permission.
