Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend definition

Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(iii) hereof.

Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(f)(iii) hereof.

Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.1(e) hereof, which is required to be placed on all Regulation S Temporary Global Notes issued under this Indenture except where otherwise permitted by the provisions hereof.

• Each temporary Note that is a Global Note issued pursuant to Regulation S shall bear the Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend.
