Temporary Bonds definition

Temporary Bonds means, in relation to any Tap Issue where the existing Bonds are listed on a Regulated Market and there is a requirement for a new prospectus in order for the Subsequent Bonds to be listed together with the existing Bonds, any issuance of Subsequent Bonds under a separate ISIN in accordance with Condition 3.1 (Amount; Tap Issue).
Temporary Bonds means any Bonds issued pursuant to these Bond Terms and settled against delivery of the Roll-Over Bonds in the OKEA01 Bondholders’ Roll-Over in accordance with paragraph (a) section (ii) of Clause 2.8 (Settlement).
Temporary Bonds means Bonds executed, and upon the receipt of an Issuer Order, authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee pending the preparation of Definitive Bonds pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Indenture.

Examples of Temporary Bonds in a sentence

  • Temporary Bonds of the Issuer, if executed, authenticated and delivered shall be replaced by Bonds in definitive form by the Trustee when the Temporary Bonds are returned to the Trustee for exchange.

  • The Issuer shall have the right to execute and deliver Temporary Bonds reflecting the indebtedness secured hereby, which Temporary Bonds, if issued and delivered, shall be entitled to the same security, rights and protection provided under this Indenture for Bonds in definitive form.

  • To the extent held by the Trustee, all Temporary Bonds, when returned to the Trustee and when exchanged for Bonds in definitive form shall then be canceled and at the option of the Trustee, either (i) cremated, shredded or otherwise disposed of and/or (ii) returned to the Issuer.


More Definitions of Temporary Bonds

Temporary Bonds shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 2.2 (Amount, denomination and ISIN of the Bonds).
Temporary Bonds. Bonds issued pursuant to Section 2.13 of the Indenture if definitive bonds are not available upon the initial delivery of the Bonds to the Purchaser.

Related to Temporary Bonds

  • Temporary Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer;

  • Temporary means employment of an intermittent nature; for a limited, specified period; and undertaken during unpaid Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave.

  • Temporary Works means all temporary works of every kind required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works.

  • Temporary permit means a permit issued while the applicant is in training to become a licensed hearing aid specialist.
