Temporary establishment definition

Temporary establishment means a single building, structure, area or location where a tattooist or body piercer per- forms tattooing or body piercing for a maximum of 7 days per event.
Temporary establishment means a facility where either tattooing or body piercing or both are conducted for not more than 14 days at one location in a calendar year.
