Temporary Note definition

Temporary Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.09.
Temporary Note means a temporary Note delivered under Section 2.10 hereof.
Temporary Note means the promissory note issued by the Company to the Purchasers, in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto

  • Temporary Notes The Notes specified in Section 2.3 of the Indenture.
