Temporary Regulation S Legend definition

Temporary Regulation S Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.1(d).

Temporary Regulation S Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.07(h) hereof, which is required to be placed on the Regulation S Temporary Global Note.

Temporary Regulation S Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(h), which is required to be placed on the Regulation S Temporary Global Note.

• The 2012 Regulation S Global Note, the 2014 Regulation S Global Note and the 2019 Regulation S Global Note shall each initially be issued in temporary form, and shall, during the Regulation S Restricted Period, bear the Temporary Regulation S Legend (collectively referred to herein as the “Regulation S Temporary Global Notes”).

More Definitions of Temporary Regulation S Legend

Temporary Regulation S Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.07(g)(3) hereof, which is required to be placed on any Regulation S Temporary Global Note.
