Temporary Sales Centre definition

Temporary Sales Centre means a Building, including a trailer, that is designed or intended to be temporary, or intended to be removed from the land or demolished after use and which is used exclusively as an Office or presentation centre, or both, for new building sales;
Temporary Sales Centre means a temporary office provided for the marketing or selling of dwelling units located or to be located on the lot.

Temporary Sales Centre means a building or structure, including a trailer, that is designed or intended to be temporary, or otherwise intended to be removed from the land or demolished after use and which is used exclusively as an office or presentation centre, or both, for new building sales and is to be removed within 60 days after occupancy of last unit;
