Tenant Architect definition

Tenant Architect means architect or engineer appointed by the Landlord to prepare the Tenant Plans and Specifications, as provided in the Work Letter.
Tenant Architect means the architect selected and employed ---------------- by Tenant (subject to Landlord's approval and the provisions of Paragraph 1(b) below) for the preparation of the Tenant Working Drawings (excluding the Tenant Engineering Drawings).

Related to Tenant Architect

  • Architect means the person or other entity engaged by the PHA to perform architectural, engineering, design, and other services related to the work as provided for in the contract. When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.
