Tenant Deposits definition

Tenant Deposits means, with respect to a Property, all security deposits, prepaid rentals, cleaning fees, and other refundable deposits and fees collected from Tenants, plus any interest accrued thereon, paid by Tenants to the applicable Seller pursuant to its Leases. Tenant Deposits shall not include any non-refundable deposits or fees paid by Tenants to the applicable Seller, either pursuant to the Leases or otherwise.
Tenant Deposits shall also include all non-cash security deposits, such as letters of credit.
Tenant Deposits means, collectively, any and all security deposits, paid or deposited by the Tenants to Seller, as landlord, or any other person on Seller’s behalf pursuant to the Tenant Leases, which have not been applied to obligations under the Tenant Leases (together with any interest which has accrued thereon, but only to the extent such interest has accrued for the account of the respective Tenants).

Examples of Tenant Deposits in a sentence

  • At the Closing and at Seller’s sole cost and expense, Seller agrees to cause the transfer to Buyer of any letters of credit, bonds, notes or other instruments constituting Tenant Deposits under any of the Tenant Leases.
