In the event of any emergency requiring prompt action for the protection and safety of the Facility or the residents and staff therein, in which it is not practicable to obtain prior approval from the Tenant or a representative of the Tenant, Management Company shall be entitled to take any required or necessary action without Tenant’s prior approval.
In the event that in accordance with regulations made under Section 27AB of the Housing ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ any tenants propose to form a Tenant Management Organisation (as defined in Section 27AB(8) of the said Act) the Council shall be legally responsible for dealing with all aspects of such proposal.
