Office 365. (a) If, as part of the Services, we are asked to provide you with any service provided by Microsoft through 365 then, by asking us to provide the Service, you acknowledge that you agree to the MS Customer Agreement terms located xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/docs/customeragreement and that by continuing to request that Service, you continue to agree with the MS Customer Agreement terms.
(b) You agree and acknowledge that you are liable for any termination fee that may be charged by Microsoft in relation to any service that they provide to you, or have been asked to provide to you.
Office 365. The Supplier will provide first line support and fault diagnosis with escalation to communications provider for second and third line support and fix.
Office 365. Customers upload their own data and can edit and remove it. The data processor does not check the data and will only view the data at the customer's request. This may be necessary in order to respond to a question from the customer, for instance.
Office 365. Even Office, the de facto standard in traditional desktop software, has moved in part to the web. We’re a Microsoft Gold Partner. We design, deploy and support Office 365 implementations. We also frequently combine Office 365 with other cloud services, resulting in turnkey solutions for user productivity, collaboration and communication.
Office 365. LearnLink Office 365 Service, including Office 365 Pro Plus is only to be used in relation to delivering curriculum objectives, and will not be used to store sensitive or personal information. Instructions for downloading Instructions for Office 365 can be sourced from the schools’ webpage or intranet site. • do its best to enhance learning through the safe use of ICTs. This includes working to restrict access to inappropriate, illegal or harmful material on the Internet or on school ICT equipment/devices at school, or at school related activities; and enforcing the cyber-safety requirements detailed in Use Agreements • respond to any breaches in an appropriate manner • provide members of the school community with cyber-safety education designed to complement and support the Use Agreement initiative • welcome enquiries at any time from parents/caregivers/legal guardians or students about cyber-safety issues. • reading this Cyber-Safety Use Agreement carefully • following the cyber-safety strategies and instructions whenever I use the school’s ICTs • following the cyber-safety strategies whenever I use privately-owned ICT devices on the school site or at any school related activity, regardless of its location • avoiding any involvement with material or activities that could put at risk my own safety, or the privacy, safety or security of the school or other members of the school community • taking proper care of school ICTs. I know that if I have been involved in the damage, loss or theft of ICT equipment/devices, I and/or my family may have responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacement • keeping this document somewhere safe so I can refer to it in the future • asking the Principal if I am not sure about anything to do with this agreement.
Office 365. Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud-based email and collaboration service (cloud Exchange and SharePoint) offered by Microsoft to education customers at a low operational cost. The SITSS team can provide consultancy for individual schools on Office 365 for initial setup, the registration process for domain names, integration into School’s AD and on-going development and support. This service is provided at an additional charge to Gold and Silver subscribers and prices will be agreed before work is started. This service is not available to Bronze subscribers.
Appendix 1 The following list provides a quick reference for which services are included for Gold, Silver and Bronze subscribing schools
Office 365. On a quarterly-basis Company will promote Office 365 to any users of Company’s browser-based experiences that include or could include Office files for either viewing or editing that have not otherwise informed Company that they have a current, valid Office 365 license. Such promotions will take the form of or be substantially similar to the following flow: “Sign-up for Office 365 at [link to Xxxxxx.xxx and applicable Office 365 pages]”, where the link will be the Office 365 Consumer Link and/or Office 365 Commercial Link, as applicable. Microsoft reserves the right in its sole discretion to charge Company on an annual basis the greater of $10,000 or $0.10 per user, based on a twelve-month average of Company monthly active editing users, of the Office Online integration in connection with Company’s use for a full or partial year from July 1 to June 30, to the extent that Company does not fulfill the Office 365 promotional requirements set forth above. At this time, Microsoft is unable to track Company Office 365 referrals. When Microsoft makes an Office 365 partner referral program available to Company to track such referrals, Company will either: (a) fulfill the requirements to become a referral partner in the program, or (b) be subject to the charges set-forth above on an annual basis. To the extent Company is already an Office 365 reseller, Microsoft will determine if the foregoing applies.
Office 365. OneSphere Platform as a Service (PaaS) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
Office 365. Reselling Microsoft services from the Office 365 suite. Office 365 is a cloud solution of Microsoft, the purpose of which is to facilitate all the data-related basic needs of a business. Among other things, this concerns e-mail, documents and chat functionalist.
Office 365. All students in Queensland have free access to 5 student downloads of the full suite of Microsoft Office 365 suite. Office 365 allows students and staff to create and share classwork, assessment and other curriculum documents which students can access anywhere via an internet connection 24/7. The software can be downloaded by following the directions on the school website.
