Tenant Sponsor List definition

Tenant Sponsor List means a list of Tenant Sponsors and related categories of products and services to be provided by Tenant to Landlord on or before the Commencement Date and updated by Tenant from time to time; provided, however, that a Tenant Sponsor shall not be deemed to be included on the Tenant Sponsor List for purposes of Section 11 hereof until thirty (30) calendar days following Tenant’s delivery to Landlord of an updated Tenant Sponsor List including such Tenant Sponsor.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Non-Lead Special Servicer means the “special servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.

  • Anchor Tenant means, with respect to a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, the non-End Use Customer subscriber designated by Seller as such under its SFA application.” The following is added as Section 1.3.3:

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Major Tenants has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.2.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • General Special Servicer mean the Person performing the duties and obligations of special servicer with respect to the Mortgage Pool (exclusive of (A) any Serviced Loan Combination or related REO Property as to which a different Loan Combination Special Servicer has been appointed with respect thereto and (B) any Excluded Special Servicer Mortgage Loan or any related REO Property as to which an Excluded Mortgage Loan Special Servicer has been appointed with respect thereto).

  • this Tenant Work Letter means the relevant portion of Sections 1 through 6 of this Tenant Work Letter.

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Residential Project means a redevelopment project that is

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Major project means a project comprising of a series of works, activities or services which is intended, in itself, to accomplish a definite and indivisible task of a precise economic or technical nature, which has clearly identified goals and whose total cost exceeds that which is specified in the Framework Agreement;

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
