Tenant’s Covenants definition

Tenant’s Covenants means all covenants and other obligations assumed by the Tenant pursuant to this lease
Tenant’s Covenants means all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease on the part of the Tenant to be observed and performed;

Examples of Tenant’s Covenants in a sentence

  • At the end or sooner determination of the Term quietly to yield up the Land to the Landlord in accordance with the Tenant’s Covenants.

  • The Tenant hereby covenants with the Landlord to observe and perform the Tenant’s Covenants at all times during the term.

Tenant’s Covenants means the obligations in this Lease to be complied with by the Tenant.
