Tender Acceptance Letter definition

Tender Acceptance Letter means our letter of award/acceptance of tender dated
Tender Acceptance Letter means the letter of acceptance issued by AVA pursuant to Condition 11.1.
Tender Acceptance Letter means the acknowledgement of acceptance of all the terms, conditions and provisions of this Tender submitted by a Bidder in format specified in Annexure VI of this Tender Document.
