All payments under this Loan Agreement and the Note shall be applied to pay late charges, accrued and unpaid interest, principal, escrows (if any) and any other fees, costs and expenses which the Borrower is obligated to pay under this Loan Agreement and the Note, in such order as the Lender may elect from time to time in its sole discretion.
