Tender Offer Period definition

Tender Offer Period means the period during which Shareholders are able to tender Ordinary Shares pursuant to the relevant Tender Offer.A “Tender Offer Triggering Event” shall occur where a Tender Offer is made to all (or as nearly as may be practicable all) holders of Ordinary Shares (or all (or as nearly as may be practicable all) such Shareholders other than the offeror and/or any person or persons acting together with the offeror) to acquire all or any of the issued Ordinary Shares of the Issuer and where, immediately following completion of the Tender Offer, the offeror and/or any person or persons acting together with offeror has Control of the Issuer.
Tender Offer Period means the period during which a Repurchase Order must be received in order for the shareholder submitting the Repurchase Order to participate in the particular tender offer.
Tender Offer Period means the period during which Shareholders are able to tender Ordinary Shares pursuant to the relevant Tender Offer.

Tender Offer Period means the period during which Common Shares of the Target Company may be tendered in a Qualifying Tender Offer.

Tender Offer Period means the period commencing on the first day of the Tender Offer and ending on 12:01 am on the first Business Day after the scheduled or expected expiration date of the Tender Offer.
Tender Offer Period has the meaning provided in Condition 7(e).
