The commencement of the Joint Tender Offer is targeted to occur during the period from May to June 2020, and the Tender Offer Period is intended to be at least 30 business days, but it is difficult to accurately predict the amount of time required for procedures, etc.
The Tender Offer shall remain open for a minimum of twenty (20) business days (the "Tender Offer Period") and Purchaser shall purchase pursuant to the Tender Offer all shares tendered and not withdrawn during the Tender Offer Period.
