Repurchase Order definition

Repurchase Order means, collectively, written instructions on the repurchase form required by the I-Fund from a shareholder of the I-Fund, conforming to all requirements of such form, containing a request that some or all I-Fund shares held by the shareholder be repurchased by the I-Fund, together with any documentation accompanying such written instrument.
