Term A-2 Note definition

Term A-2 Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term A-2 Lender evidencing Term A-2 Loans made by such Term A-2 Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-3.
Term A-2 Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term A-2 Lender, evidencing Term A-2 Loans made by such Term A-2 Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2.
