Additional Commitment means any commitment hereunder added pursuant to Sections 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c).
Incremental Commitment Agreement means each Incremental Commitment Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit P (appropriately completed, and with such modifications as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) executed and delivered in accordance with Section 2.15.
Additional Commitments means any commitments hereunder added pursuant to Section 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c).
Additional Commitment Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(c).
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Designated Amount means the lesser of:
Incremental Commitment means an Incremental Term Loan Commitment or an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment.
Commitment Increase Supplement as defined in subsection 2.20(c).
Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Total Commitment Amount means, at any particular time, the aggregate of the Individual Commitments of all of the Lenders at such time.
New Lender Supplement as defined in Section 2.1(c).
Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount is $300,000,000.
Commitment Increase Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.19.
Requested Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02.
L/C Commitment Amount has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.3.(a).
Increasing Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(b).
Credit Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(ii).
Submitted Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).
Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:
New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Additional Lender Certificate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(c)(ii)(F).
Allocated Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.
Commitment Amount means the aggregate amount of up to Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) which the Investor has agreed to provide to the Company in order to purchase the Company's Common Stock pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(a).
Initial Commitment means, as to the Lender, its obligation to make an Initial Loan to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a) in an aggregate amount not to exceed the amount set forth opposite the Lender’s name in Schedule 1.01A under the caption “Initial Commitment”, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement (including Section 2.14). The initial aggregate amount of the Initial Commitments is $75,000,000.
